These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of cookify.biz and the image-conversion tools and related content available through Cookify (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Cookify.

1. About the Service

Cookify provides online tools that process supported image files and produce files in selected output formats. Available formats, file-size limits, batch limits, conversion settings, and other features may vary by tool and may change over time.

Conversion changes a file's format; it does not necessarily recreate information that is absent from the source. For example, converting a flattened image to PSD does not restore original editable layers, and converting a raster image to a vector format may not reproduce every detail as editable paths. You should review every converted file before relying on it.

2. Your Files and Permissions

You retain any rights you already hold in files you upload. Cookify does not claim ownership of your uploaded files merely because you use the Service.

You may upload or process a file only if you own it or have the permissions necessary to use and convert it. You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring that your use complies with copyright, privacy, confidentiality, and other applicable laws.

Do not upload files that contain confidential, highly sensitive, or regulated information when an online conversion service is not appropriate for that material.

3. File Processing and Downloads

Files are transmitted to the Service as necessary to perform the requested conversion and make the result available for download. Uploaded or converted files may be held temporarily during processing, delivery, troubleshooting, or automated cleanup.

Keep an original copy of every file you upload. Cookify should not be used as a storage or backup service. A download may be incomplete, incompatible with particular software, or different from the source because of format limitations, color handling, compression, metadata changes, transparency, animation support, or other technical factors.

You are responsible for checking the output before publishing, printing, distributing, archiving, or using it in an important project.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

upload or process material that is unlawful or that infringes another person's rights;
distribute malware, malicious code, or corrupted files intended to damage a system;
violate privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or confidentiality rights;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, server, accounts, or network;
probe or exploit security weaknesses without written authorization;
interfere with the operation of the Service or place an unreasonable load on its infrastructure;
bypass file limits, access controls, or technical protections;
use automated systems in a manner that disrupts the Service, except for ordinary search-engine indexing and other authorized activity;
misrepresent your relationship with Cookify or use the Service for fraud or deception.

We may restrict access, remove submitted material where technically possible, or take other reasonable steps when we believe use of the Service creates a security, legal, or operational risk.

5. Cookify Content and Branding

The Cookify website, interface, original written content, branding, graphics, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except where permission is expressly provided, you may not copy, resell, republish, reverse engineer, or distribute substantial parts of the Service or present them as your own.

These Terms do not give Cookify ownership of your uploaded files, and they do not give you ownership of Cookify's website, code, branding, or original content.

6. Third-Party Services and Links

Cookify may rely on third-party providers for hosting, security, analytics, advertising, or other technical functions. The website may also link to third-party websites or software. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and Cookify does not control their availability or practices.

References to file formats, software, or trademarks such as Photoshop, JPEG, PNG, WebP, or other products are used for identification and compatibility information. Their respective owners retain their rights, and such references do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

7. Service Availability and Changes

We work to keep Cookify available, but continuous or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, technical problems, hosting limits, security events, or circumstances outside our control may interrupt the Service.

We may add, remove, suspend, or change tools, limits, content, or features when reasonably necessary. We may also discontinue part or all of the Service. Where practical, important changes may be communicated on the website.

8. No Professional Advice

Information on Cookify is provided for general educational and practical purposes. It is not legal, financial, security, archival, printing, or other professional advice. If a project has regulatory, contractual, color-accuracy, archival, or production requirements, consult an appropriate professional and test the output independently.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise that every source file will be accepted, that every conversion will succeed, that output will work with every application or device, or that metadata, transparency, animation, color profiles, layers, and other properties will always be preserved.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cookify is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the Service. This may include loss caused by an unsuccessful conversion, incompatible output, corrupted files, interrupted availability, or failure to keep an original copy.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information may be handled when you use Cookify. By using the Service, you acknowledge that file processing and related technical information will be handled as described in that policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the Service, applicable requirements, or our practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Your continued use of the Service after revised Terms take effect means that the revised Terms apply to future use.
